Welcome to Matrix Early Learning – Early Childhood Education for Children in Hadfield

At Matrix Early Learning, we pride ourselves on providing an environment that promotes high-quality childcare and early childhood education to families in Hadfield.

Based in Fawkner – and providing services to families in Hadfield and the surrounding areas – we offer early childhood education including free kindergarten, pre-kindergarten and preschool, as well as long day care.

We offer stimulating, play-based learning with a mixture of teacher-directed and child-initiated learning. We promote play and exploration in a safe and nurturing environment designed to enable the children to discover and engage with the world around them and develop self-confidence and self-esteem.

Featuring rich and stimulating indoor and outdoor spaces, our facilities encourage an active and healthy curiosity.

GOVERNMENT FUNDED KINDERGARTEN

We offer free government funded kindergarten programs for families in Hadfield and the surrounding areas. Available for 3 and 4-year-olds, our kindergarten program is designed to develop children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills and provide a solid foundation to build upon in primary school and beyond.

HOW WE TEACH

Whether it’s childcare, kindergarten, preschool or long day care, we focus on bringing out the individual strengths, skills and interests of every child.

Our curriculum incorporates the Early Years Learning Framework principles of “Being, Belonging and Becoming”. It encourages children to learn through play and exploration and by naturally engaging with their surroundings.
